{"id":476,"date":"2019-10-06T13:10:27","date_gmt":"2019-10-06T13:10:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rare2020.www.bioevents.net\/?page_id=476"},"modified":"2020-02-03T13:53:58","modified_gmt":"2020-02-03T13:53:58","slug":"instructions-for-poster-presentations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sopate.com\/instructions-for-poster-presentations\/","title":{"rendered":"Instructions for Poster Presentations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Only posters of submitted and accepted abstracts will be offered presentation.<\/p>\n<p>Please note the following information for the preparation of your poster.<\/p>\n<p>Please bring your printed poster with you to the Congress.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POSTER PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The poster layout is PORTRAIT.<\/li>\n<li>Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that poster be prepared on one sheet of poster paper.<\/li>\n<li>The dimensions of the poster should not exceed <strong>90cm wide x 120cm high<\/strong> (35.5 inches wide x 47 inches high).<\/li>\n<li>Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract \u2013 as illustrated below.<\/li>\n<li>The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).<\/li>\n<li>Pins\/stickers will be available for the mounting of posters.<\/li>\n<li>Please refer to the Final Program book that you will receive upon arrival at the Congress, for the poster board number assigned to you.<\/li>\n<li>Please use the board with the same number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Suggested template for the poster is as below:<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-477\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bioevents.net\/rare2020\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2019\/10\/Poster-Dimensions-244x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"244\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sopate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/36\/2019\/10\/Poster-Dimensions-244x300.jpg 244w, https:\/\/sopate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/36\/2019\/10\/Poster-Dimensions.jpg 283w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 244px) 100vw, 244px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>INFORMATION FOR PRESENTATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\nPosters will be on display for the duration of the congress.<br \/>\nPosters should be mounted from 08:00 on Monday 16 November and should be removed after sessions on Tuesday 17 November.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Poster presenters should stand next to their posters during the coffee and lunch breaks for informal Q&amp;A.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>SOPATE2020<\/strong> and the Congress organizers will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time or that are damaged.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Only posters of submitted and accepted abstracts will be offered presentation.
